The Lyster Watson group of affiliated entities (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Lyster Watson") consists of the following:

Lyster Watson Management, Inc. (dba “Lyster Watson & Company”) is a Delaware S Corporation.  Lyster Watson Management, Inc. is also the primary Lyster Watson operating entity, employing all of the Lyster Watson personnel and managing the business of Lyster Watson.  Lyster Watson Management, Inc. has been an SEC Registered Investment Advisor since 1992.

Lyster Watson LLC (“LW LLC”) is a Delaware Limited Liability Company formed as a tax efficient vehicle to collect the performance-based fees received by Lyster Watson for fund management. LW LLC serves as the sole general partner (or co-general partner along with Lyster Watson Management, Inc.) of all of the funds operated by Lyster Watson.

Lyster Watson Securities, Inc. (“LWS”) is a Delaware S Corporation and a registered limited-purpose broker dealer regulated by the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). LWS does not engage in any trading or execution. It is a limited purpose broker dealer.
